Sylvain

Pharmacist, owner & manager

With over 17 years of experience as a pharmacist, including 10 years as a pharmacy manager, I have developed a deep passion for helping patients and supporting their health. From the very beginning, I recognized the importance of patient care, exceptional service, and building lasting relationships — values that continue to guide every aspect of North Care Pharmacy. Born and raised in Sudbury, I am proud to serve the community I call home. Being fluently bilingual in French and English allows me to connect with and understand the diverse needs of my patients on a personal level. My journey in pharmacy began at Laval University in Quebec City, where I gained a strong foundation in pharmaceutical science and patient-centered practice. Over a year ago, I became the sole owner of North Care Pharmacy — a milestone that has further fueled my commitment to shaping a practice rooted in compassion, expertise, and trust. I love the pharmacy profession and the way it continues to grow and evolve. I am motivated by the expanding role pharmacists play in making healthcare more accessible, and I take pride in being part of a profession that touches lives in such meaningful ways. Every day, my purpose is clear: to make a lasting, positive difference for the patients and community I serve.
